Shipping and Delivery

We provide flexible payment options to suit your convenience. At checkout, the available payment methods will be displayed based on your selected items.

Pay a deposit: For international orders, a 30% deposit of the total order value is required upon order confirmation. The remaining 70% must be paid before loading and shipment.

Pay in full: You can also choose to pay the full amount upfront using any of our accepted payment methods.

Shipping Methods:
Truck Transport – Suitable for deliveries within Europe.
Sea Freight (Container Shipping) – Best for larger international shipments.
LTL (Less than Truckload / Stückgut) – Cost-effective for smaller shipments.

How long does shipping take? Shipping times depend on the destination and transport method:
Europe (Truck Transport): 5-14 days
Sea Freight (International) 20-45 days, depending on customs clearance and destination port
LTL Shipments: 7-21 days

Do you handle customs clearance? For international shipments, we provide all necessary export documentation. However, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance must be arranged by the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges

International B2B Legal Terms
